The great, extraordinary and extremely unpredictable Spaniard Salvador Dali was born in an unusual family, where his mother was deeply religious, and his father was an ardent atheist.

As a child, Dali, a restless, spoiled boy who did not have good school performance, showed early cravings and drawing abilities. Parents were proud of their son and, wanting to give him a decent education, sent him to study at the Madrid Academy of Art. But even here he does not study, treats teachers arrogantly, considers his talent much higher than the abilities of any of them.

Such misbehavior led to expulsion from the Academy. A year later, Dali recovered and was again expelled forever. However, the incomplete education did not affect the work of the author. Dali has his own exhibition, in which, by coincidence, he meets with Picasso.

The painting "Transitional moment" was painted in 1934. She is wearing a lady in a white dress. The plot composition with a woman in white Dali uses often. It is believed that this is a symbolic image of the artist's early deceased cousin.

The wagon curiously bends and at different angles of examination takes on various features: either bones or distant cities. Such illusory is characteristic of many created creations of Salvador Dali.

When the Second World War began, the artist emigrated to the United States, where he was very well received and even given the opportunity to organize a personal exhibition at the Art Museum.

Legends circulated about Dali's work during his lifetime. An infinite number of personal exhibitions, the number of created plots - is incredible. Particularly striking is the fact recorded by the Thane Gallery, where one of the surrealist exhibitions Dali was organized when, according to conservative estimates, two hundred and fifty million people visited her.
